I love pajamas, I am collecting them. I have some PJ for summer, for winter, for homewear… And obviously to go to sleep! I love the idea of Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy, who made his uniform out of a silky sleeping attire.
Such a great way to be chic and not to mention the comfort, right?
The man is saving himself a bunch of time. No need to ask himself every morning "what should I wear? "
My ultimate luxury is my PJ Olatz created by Olatz Schnabel, the former wife of the painter Julian Schnabel, another PJ lover.
My Olatz has a stamp that I can not find anywhere else, the colors are strong, the fabric is posh and the cut is unisex, a real luxury.
I also love all the new brands who are specializing in PJ: Raphaella Riboud for her preppy style (soon a post Follow) Poplin London for the print Indochine, Sleepy Jones for the short shape. This may be a future trend for American designers? Sea NY and Equipment have recently released a line of PJ and of course there is the must have pajamas from JCrew ( a special note for those since they can be personalized with your initials when you order online.) Who doesn't love a special extra touch?
